　　今天，外公带我去东风公园跑步.一路上，我和外公说说笑笑，很快就到了公园。

　　Today， grandpa took me to run in Dongfeng park. Along the way， I talked and laughed with Grandpa， and soon arrived at the park.

　　外公让我围绕着周长约400米的花坛跑三圈，他走两圈，而且我和他是同方向起跑.外公考我说看看我可以追上他几次.我想：我的速度是外公的1.5倍，应该可以追上外公两次的。

　　Grandpa asked me to run three times around the flower bed with a circumference of about 400 meters. He walked two times， and I started in the same direction with him. Grandpa tested me and said I could catch up with him several times. I think： my speed is 1.5 times that of Grandpa. I should be able to catch up with Grandpa twice.

　　我跑第一圈的时候精力十足，可是还没有跑完两圈已经气喘吁吁了.我跑了两圈却没有看见外公，跑第三圈时我已经累得上气不接下气了，可跑了半天也没有看见外公.我想：是不是外公和我捉迷藏，躲在我后面？我四处望了一下，可是连外公的影子也没有看见.我只好慢慢地走到向终点。

　　I was full of energy when I ran the first lap， but I was out of breath before I finished two laps. I ran two laps but didn't see Grandpa. When I ran the third lap， I was so tired that I couldn't catch my breath. But I didn't see grandpa for half a day. I thought： is Grandpa playing hide and seek with me and hiding behind me？ I looked around， but I didn't even see Grandpa's shadow. I had to walk slowly to the end.

　　快到终点了，我看到外公正站在终点等着我呢！我跑过去扑在外公怀里，不解地问外公：“为什么我跑得这么快，怎么还总是追不上您呀？”外公笑着说：“那你必须跑得更快些，如果你要追上我两次，你的速度就得是我的两倍才行.”外公还说这是一个数学的行程问题。

　　Near the end， I see Wai just standing at the end waiting for me！ I ran to my grandfather's arms and asked him incomprehensibly， "why can't I always catch up with you when I run so fast？" Grandpa smiled and said， "then you have to run faster. If you want to catch up with me twice， you have to run twice as fast as me." Grandpa also said it was a mathematical problem.

　　我只跑一圈子就累了，明显后劲不足，我想我要多锻炼，争取增强体质。

　　I'm tired after only running in a circle. Obviously， I don't have enough stamina. I think I need to exercise more and try to build up my physique.
