　　今天是星期天，妈妈在家休息，她每个星期天都要来一次大扫除。妈妈起得很早，她一起来就开始搞卫生，还要我帮她搞，我说：“等我先去下边吃一碗粉，再上来帮你搞卫生。”妈妈说：“好，那你吃饱了就赶快上来。”

　　Today is Sunday. My mother is at home. She has a big cleaning every Sunday. My mother got up very early. She started to do sanitation when she got up, and asked me to help her. I said, "I'll go down to eat a bowl of powder first, and then come up to help you with sanitation." Mom said, "OK, then come up as soon as you're full."

　　我吃了粉以后，是大汗淋漓，我快速跑回了家。回到家以后，我用湿毛巾把身上的汗全部擦干了。妈妈把抹布递给了我，我开始搞卫生了，我非常认真地把每个地方都抹了一遍，终于可以休息了，我打开电视机，看了一会儿之后，我就赶紧写下了这篇作文。

　　After eating the powder, I was sweating profusely, and I ran home quickly. When I got home, I wiped all the sweat off my body with a wet towel. My mother handed me the rag, and I began to clean it. I wiped every place very carefully, and finally I could have a rest. I turned on the TV and watched it for a while, and then I wrote the composition quickly.
