坚强的桃树英语日记

　　昨天晚上爸爸说：“外面窗台上这盆桃树好象还活着哩，花都要开了”。我们都有点不相信，因为当时我已经睡觉了，就没有去看，今天我早早起床后就迫不及待地去观察，这盆桃树确实还活着。人们都说松柏坚强，我看桃树才是最坚强的哩！

　　Last night, my father said, "it seems that the peach tree on the windowsill is still alive. The flowers are going to bloom.". We all didn't believe it, because I had gone to bed at that time, so I didn't go to see it. Today, I woke up early and couldn't wait to see. This peach tree is still alive. People say that pines and cypresses are strong. I think peach trees are the strongest!

　　这盆桃树确实生命力强，去年夏、秋两季都雨水多，加上管理不善，这盆桃树生了病，叶子凋零了，树干上流了很多胶，看起来完全干枯了，所以就没有再照管它，就连冬天其它花盆都搬进家里了，也没有把它往屋子里搬，其实已经完全放弃了。但是它却凭着顽强的生命力，熬过了冬天，终于迎来了春天。

　　This pot of peach trees really has a strong vitality. Last summer and autumn, there was a lot of rain. Coupled with poor management, this pot of peach trees became sick, with withered leaves and a lot of glue flowing on the trunk. It looked completely dry, so it didn't take care of it any more. Even in winter, other flowerpots moved into the house and didn't move it to the house. In fact, it had given up completely. But with its tenacious vitality, it survived the winter and finally ushered in the spring.

　　今天，它鲜红的花蕾已经开始绽放，也许明天或后天就会舒展开自己的花瓣了。

　　爸爸说：“桃树是最经不起旱涝灾害的树种，在根本没人照管，已经完全放弃了的情况下还熬过了冬天，现在到了春天又可以开花了，你经后在生活、学习和将来的工作中肯定要遇到不少困难，有困难的时候就要想一想这盆桃树，它在这种条件下都能生存下来，你还有啥克服不了的困难哩”！
