  红烧肉是一种家常菜,许多人都会做,然而我伯母做的红烧肉可真与众不同,它就是“八珍红烧肉”。伯母把八种香料按比例混合,制成八香粉,用于做红烧肉的调料,所以这道菜就叫做八珍红烧肉。

  这道菜不仅光有酱料,重要的是还要挑好的肉和讲究制作工艺。伯母选的是大猪的五花腩,她选的五花腩至少有六层夹心。伯母说这样的猪肉肥瘦相间才好吃。我开玩笑说:“这不是五花腩,是六花腩!”
