　　今天，我和爸爸参加了宁德晚报组织的“亲子植树”的活动。

　　Today, my father and I participated in the "parent-child tree planting" activity organized by Ningde evening news.

　　早上，春风拂面，我和爸爸带着工具来到动车站后面的植树区，一路上我观赏了一番景色，真是惬意极了!不知不觉就到了植树区。

　　In the morning, with the spring breeze blowing, my father and I came to the tree planting area behind the station with tools. I enjoyed the scenery all the way. It was very pleasant! Unconsciously, we arrived at the tree planting area.

　　到了目的地，我便迫不及待地挑选树苗，我选了几颗美国湿地松，就兴高采烈的开始植树了。

　　When I arrived at the destination, I couldn't wait to select the saplings. I chose a few American Slash Pines and began to plant trees happily.

　　首先要挖坑，对于我来说真得是力不从心;可我还要亲自体验一下，于是从爸爸手上拿来锄头，挖了起来，忙活了四五分钟左右，一个漂亮的小坑就挖好了，就问爸爸行吗?爸爸点头的那刹那，我虽觉得很累但很自豪。

　　First of all, I have to dig a hole, which is really beyond my ability. But I have to experience it myself, so I took a hoe from my father's hand and dug it up. After four or five minutes of working, a beautiful little hole was dug. I asked my father if it was ok. I felt tired but proud when my father nodded.

　　接着栽树，我扶着小树，爸爸往坑里填土。就这样小树就栽好了;对了，还要给小树浇水，我们又提着水桶给小树浇水。

　　Then planting trees, I hold the small trees, dad to fill the pit. In this way, the small trees will be planted; by the way, we need to water the small trees, and then we carry buckets to water the small trees.

　　你看，那场景真热闹呀!最后，大家种完树，围在一起，虽然大家弄得脏兮兮的，但是个个都很开心。

　　通过今天的植树活动让我受益匪浅，我不仅感受到了植树的快乐，还让我记住了一点：砍掉一棵树虽然很容易，可一棵树要经过十年或数百年，甚至上千年才能长成参天大树，所以我们一定要爱护树木。

　　Today's tree planting activities have benefited me a lot. I not only feel the joy of tree planting, but also let me remember that although it is easy to cut down a tree, it will take ten or hundreds of years, even thousands of years for a tree to grow into a towering tree, so we must love to protect trees.
